Summer Singers

Founded in 2011, Summer Singers is committed to bringing together musicians, teachers, and lovers of choral music to share in the art and fellowship of choral singing. Our goal is to elevate our own standards of musicianship while rekindling our love for music making, enabling us to pass this fire on to our students and fellow musicians.
2024 Information
Rehearsals for Summer Singers 2024 will be held on Sunday evenings at Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. Please note, we are rehearsing in a space that doesn't permit alcohol.
Rehearsal Dates:
June 2: 4-6pm, followed by 6pm Summer Singers Kickoff Party! Details to come
June 9: 6-8:30pm
June 16: 6-8:30pm
June 23: 6-8:30pm
July 7: 6-8:30pm
July 14: 6-8:30pm
July 21: 6-8:30pm
July 28: 4-6pm, followed by 6pm Summer Singers Wrapup Party! Details to come.
August 4: 6-8:30pm
Concert Dates:
Saturday, August 10th, 7pm (location to be announced very soon!)
Sunday August 11th, 4pm at Christ United Methodist Church, Bethel Park, with reception to follow.
Cost of participation this summer is $25.
All participation fees are due at first rehearsal: we accept checks, PayPal, Venmo, and cash.
Summer Singers is open to singers following high school graduation. No current high school students, please.
We are capping registration at 120 singers this summer, and are prioritizing the registration of our previous singers.
